Brighten up someone's day with this hand built mug!
 
This mug is hand built in stoneware clay using the slab method.
Each section is cut out and put together using one of my templates, then once the mug is bisque fired, I add a wax resist to create the fox pattern. The glaze colours are painted on and when it goes back into the kiln for a high fire, the wax burns off leaving the fox pattern.
 
Each piece I make is unique, so every cup or mug made is slightly different.
