Hand pinched white stoneware clay bowls, rolled in oak bark and glazed in a selection of Amaco blues inside.
Each bowl is hand made using the pinch technique and the edges are rolled in oak tree bark.
Once bisque fired, the bark is painted in black glaze, which is washed off to leave the pattern. Then a layer of transparent is applied over the bowl and the blues are added on the inside.
A beautiful set and only one of a kind.
